Eye care center treatments are specialized services aimed at improving and maintaining eye health. Milestone 1

Dr. Pangtey is an active life member of many Ophthalmological societies like American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS), All India Ophthalmic Society (AIOS), Delhi Ophthalmic Society (DOS) and Uttarakhand Ophthalmic Society (UKSOS).

Milestone 2

He had a paper presentation in American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS) in 2001 at San Diego, USA. His paper was the only paper accepted from India for making the conference CD containing about 25 best presentation out of more than 1000 presentations.

Milestone 3

He recently went to attend World Ophthlamic Congress at Hong Kong in July 2008, and China in 2011, and European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS)2013 meeting at Amsterdam, and American Academy of Ophthalmology meet at Orlando USA, in 2012.

Member of the team to perform cataract surgery with lens implantation at 58th LifeLine Express eye camp at Ashok Nagar, District Guna, Madhya Pradesh.

He has published many articles in Cataract, LASIK, Cornea and Glaucoma and has made many International and National presentations.

Member of the team selected for "Training of trainers", under the aegis of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India at IGIMS Patna and KGMS Lucknow.

He is the MC Luthra Gold Medal winner in 2006 at Uttarakhand Ophtalmic Society (UKSOS).

Milestone 8

Member of the team selected to perform cataract surgery with lens implantation at Health Mela under the aegis of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, at Gazipur. Involved in various eye camp management at Palwal, Ballabhgarh and Bhawal in Haryana. Various villages in remote Uttarakhand like Milam, Ralam, Pindari, Khati, Kapkot, Bageshwar, Someshwar, Bona, Madkot were covered by his team by foot after difficult hilly treks. For last 8 years he is conducting annually a mega health camp at Munsiyari a remote town in hilly area.
